Trap Shooting

Blake had his first Trap Shooting Competition on Friday May 11.  He has had so much fun practicing for this event.  We have managed to re-kindle one of Poppy's favorite hobbies in the process:).  All the boys in my family have shooting fever now!  It's been so fun to see them all so excited about going shooting!

Blake did great at the competition!!  He shot 15/25 which was his new personal best!!

The competition was at Remington Gun Club in Lonoke.  NaNa came down and we let Evan skip school and we made a day of it.  Beau was SO good!  He had fun playing with the ear plugs:)

Blake's team didn't make it to State, but they had a great first shoot.  He is already looking forward to next year.  And, Poppy has joined the Pajaro Shooting Club thingy so there is LOTS of shooting in all of my boy's futures!

Just for fun...on the way down we stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast.  Beau was playing the golf tee game and I looked up and saw this....Silly boy!
