On June 13, Evan went to a Razorback Football Camp in Fayetteville. We rode up with the Drennan's. It was SO fun!!
Deacon, Lance, and Evan (Ev looks so thrilled:)
It was held on the Razorback football field and in the practice facility. It was run by the Razorbackk coaches and players. How fun to get to actually play on the real Razorback field!!
Here they were taking a group picture before they got started.
Warming up on the field.
I loved watching him really getting into it!
Serious!
Listening intently.
Listening to instructions.
Drills inside in the practice facility.
Tackling outside on the field. This was definitely his FAVE part!!
NO, this was his FAVORITE!! Running out of the Razorback through the smoke onto the field while the Fight Song was played! The highlight!!!!
I think this is every boy in Arkansas' dream!!!
Listening to Coach Smith give a pep talk. He mostly told them to stay off the video games and mind their parents:)
Listening to Knile Davis:)
Woo Hoo!! Tyler Wilson!!!! Such a great guy. Glad that Evan and all our Greenwood boys have such a good role model!
Afterwards they got to get autographs. So fun!!
Evan and Tyler! He signed his "G" hat too. Pretty cool!
Coach Smith and Evan.
Zach Hocker signing his ball.
Knile signing the ball. He is a BIG guy!!
Sweet!
My handsome football player!
It was such a fun day! Weather was perfect! Granted, he probably didn't learn too terribly much about football in those 3 hours, but just the experience was SO worth it! Glad we did it!
