Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was a great day!  We started the day meeting Nana, Papa, Granny, Patty, & Eric at Red Lobster for lunch.  Then we headed back to Greenwood to get ready for our Christmas Eve service.  We had one big service at 4:00 at the PAC this year.

My boys looked SO handsome!!
Evan is a poser:)
I could just eat them up!!  (notice Beau has candy in both hands..."snacks" for the service:)
 My most amazing man!
I'm in LOVE with this picture!!  This was right before we headed inside for the service.
They had a children's story time and Evan took Beau up to the stage.  Beau wouldn't go without Evan, but he thought he was SO big to be up there.

It was a nice service.  Kinda weird to me, since it wasn't actually at church.  And, we had to use LED candles, because you can't actually have an open flame in the PAC.  But, the most important part was that we were all together as a family to celebrate Jesus' birth.  We are blessed.
My sweet family.

Outside they had lots of live animals.  Of course, the boys loved them.  Beau really liked the camel.
This might be one of my favorite pics...a little donkey love!!
We went home to get ready for dinner at Nonnie & Poppy's house.  Beau had to throw out his reindeer food for Santa's reindeer;)
The Christmas dinner table looked beautiful!  We had prime rib, spinach mashed potatoes, green bean bundles, and homemade rolls.  Then we had pecan pie and coconut sour cream pound cake for dessert.  Absolutely delicious!!
We brought all the presents in, so that they would be ready to open the next morning.
Travis my gangsta;)  The presents all looked so pretty!
Then we went home and got Santa's milk and cookies ready!  It was a bittersweet night...Beau was so excited for Santa to come, but so sad it was Buddy's last night.  #4yroldproblems
 The stockings all ready....
 And...Santa CAME!!!
He even left a note.  And Buddy left Beau Beau a good-bye note.
 So exciting!!
