Sunday at the Beach...Part 1

Our first BIG day at the beach!  Just FYI, I'm going to blog ALOT and use WAY too many pictures over the next couple of days, but since this is MY scrapbook, I've got to get them all in!

We went down to the beach and set up camp Sunday morning.  Travis was SO sweet to haul the big canopy down and set it up everyday.  It just makes all the difference in the world to have good shade at the beach.  The kids immediately started digging.  My kids truly dug for HOURS!!

It was fun having Malory in the mix this year. 

Evan worked REALLY hard to dig this hole in the morning.  When we brought Beau down to the beach in the afternoon, it was his "play pen" :)

Beau finally made his debut on the beach!!!  He LOVED it!!!

We kept thinking he would start crying, but he just kept looking around and playing...

He was pretty obsessed with the sand.

He finally took a big bite.  Smiled, and ate some more.  Seriously, I think he actually liked eating sand:)

We had a blast and stayed at the beach ALL day!  We went up for lunch, but then came back down for the afternoon.  Thankfully, Poppy doesn't care ANYTHING for the actual "beach" so he stayed in the condo with Beau while he napped in the morning.  It was nice to have a little beach time without Beau, so I could just relax a little!!  We love the beach!!!
