So, so proud!!!

We had a very exciting day yesterday!!  Evan got 50 A.R. points and got his t-shirt!!!  He has been reading like crazy to reach this goal.  I am SO proud of him.  Last year we struggled so much with reading, but this year he has just taken off!!  I give a lot of credit to Mrs. Newcomb, who has somehow made him realize that reading is FUN!!  Yesterday he also got to move up to "light blue dot", which is a higher reading level.  He as discovered "Nate the Great" books which are very early chapter books.  He read 3 today and tested on all 3 and got 10/10 each time.  He really has become an awesome reader.
